Steve Sackman founded S3 Advisory after more than 20 years in hospitality commercial leadership. His background spans hotel, meeting & event venues, flex office, and travel technology, giving clients a commercial strategist who understands both the property level and the platforms that support it.

Experience includes 9 years as VP of Sales & Marketing at Destination Hotels, VP of Sales & Marketing at Highgate, and Mint House, SVP roles at Convene and Visiting Media, and various Sales & Marketing consulting and task force assignments at independent and branded hotels.

Steve currently serves on the Board of Directors of the IACC (International Association of Conference Centres) and serves as commercial advisor to Resident and Siv.
